All carburetors are disassembled, cleaned, repaired, and leak tested. He knows how to adjust those carburetors to get the best performance out of them, and he knows how to repair them when they aren’t working properly.
Un-styled tractors, larger trucks and heavy equipment radiators have tanks that are bolted to the headers of the core. Tanks and side panels are unbolted and removed from the core. Dirt, rust and sludge are cleaned from inside the tanks. The old gasket material that seals the tank to the core is scraped from the gasket surfaces. The tanks are they prepped with new gaskets and bolts to be re-installed onto the new core.
The reassembled radiator is then pressure tested and repainted to look and function like a new radiator once again. – Call us with your tractor model for a quote on recoring your radiator. Price depends on size of core. We cannot provide a price on repairs without seeing the radiator first.

If tanks have been lined without a thorough cleaning, you will have more troubles. We will remove rust, old linings & old gas. Then a good cleaning and finally re-lining. This will not address any holes on the outside. These will need to be fiber glassed to stop all leaks. Call us for a quote on your tank.
